We recently had the pleasure of working with Mediterra Bakehouse, a family owned and operated large-scale artisan wholesale bakery, to streamline their operations.
From Buying Ice to In-House Production
Back in September, Mike, the owner at Mediterra Bakehouse, contacted our Sales Director, James, seeking ways to improve their ice procurement process. They were spending a significant amount on purchasing bagged ice, and James knew we could offer a solution.
Following a comprehensive site survey, we determined that two sub-cooled flake ice machines on tote frames would perfectly meet Mediterra Bakehouse's needs. In October, our team expertly installed the machines, and Mike has been thrilled with the results.
