Our annual service agreements make it simple to keep your flake or chip ice machine in optimal working condition, whilst our fixed price tells you exactly what it is going to cost. We are pro-active when it comes to reminding you about approaching service dates too - so that’s one less thing for you to have to remember.
If you are renting one of our ice machines or have one of our service contracts, you have access to telephone support with one of our experienced engineers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week whilst your machine is under warranty. Our on-call engineers will talk through any issues and are usually able to resolve them over the phone. If the issue needs further investigation, one of our field-based service engineers will be with you the next working day.
